This autumn, Tianjin's Dongli district is inviting visitors to enjoy a vibrant lineup of activities throughout the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays.
From Sept 25 to Oct 7, Tianjin Happy Valley will bring thrills and excitement with its Trendy Toys Festival, while the Donghu Lake Scenic Area will celebrate with a Chinese-style Drama Festival from Oct 1 to 7.
For a taste of the countryside, the Dongxin Flower Exhibition Hall will host a showcase and sale of premium flowers from Oct 1 to 7, while Caiyuanzi Farm will offer family-friendly fun from September through November.
Culture lovers can enjoy a series of performances at Dongli Wanda Plaza, including Chinese folk arts, chamber music, and traditional Chinese music concerts from Oct 1 to 3. On Sept 28, the Dongli District Cultural Center will also offer an immersive flower-arranging experience featuring a range of intangible cultural heritage.
Sports enthusiasts can join a group fitness session at Wanda Plaza on Oct 3, or catch exciting combat sports and Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitions at Dongli Sports Center on Oct 3 and 4.
