On Feb 21, Jia Di, deputy secretary of the CPC Dongli district Committee and head of Dongli district, received an interview focusing on the construction of a manufacturing advantageous district, the optimization of its business environment and the accelerated urbanization of Dongli district.

This year, Dongli has implemented a three-year action plan, which covers introducing investment, promoting innovative economic development, facilitating emerging consumption and another six aspects, and an annual action plan focusing on investment attraction, project construction, business environment optimization and increasing income.
Meanwhile, the local government has strengthened its services and support to enterprises in a bid to cultivate a new economic growth point.
In 2023, Dongli will continue to promote the transformation and upgrading of local enterprises, and improve its advantageous industries. More than 200 projects of production expansion and scientific and technological innovation in the manufacturing industry will be implemented; a batch of advanced manufacturing projects, such as the headquarters of Istar Aerospace Science and Technology will be put into operation; the scale of 6 industrial chains will be promoted to reach 100 billion yuan (about $15 billion).
Furthermore, Dongli district will promote digital industrialization, support traditional enterprises to build intelligent factories, digital workshops and 5G application scenarios, and enable the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry with "intelligent transformation and digital transformation". The green development of key industries will be promoted, and a number of energy-saving and environmental protection transformation projects will be implemented.
