The braised pork in Dongli has no additives or preservatives. Processed by traditional high-temperature disinfection and ultra-low temperature preservation, it uses pork belly and is steamed with traditional wood fire. After going through 18 processes with secret seasonings, the braised pork is brightly colored and tastes sweet and smooth.
