Tianjin Design City Urban Development Co and Qianmi Space (Tianjin) Technology Co signed an agreement on Oct 30 to build a science education and tourism experience space themed on the low-altitude economy and embodied intelligence at the Art House in Design Park, Dongli district.
The space will offer drone knowledge, robot interaction, and immersive study programs, serving as an off-campus practice base for young people as well as a weekend excursion destination. It aims to add technology and hands-on experience to Haihe River waterfront tourism.
The Art House will host study courses, competition training, and maker workshops, letting students interact with drones and robots. It will also stage science exhibitions, themed markets, drone shows, and family activities in the future.
Using the Art House's zero-energy building, the project will combine the Haihe landscape, zero-carbon architecture, and public space, offering visitors from Dongli and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region a new "living room" in the city. It will enrich Dongli's tourism and public cultural services and expand tech experience for young people.
